Paul brings you a wealth of leadership development and talent management  experience gained from all over the world. Born in England and now based in Hong Kong, Paul is quietly proud of his Danish heritage and the Danish way of speaking ‘lige ud af posen’ – which loosely translates as straight talking – in a constructive and solution-focused setting and never neglecting the instinctive Danish respect for privacy.


There’s a common thread running through the diverse senior roles Paul has had in in hospitality, telecoms, management consulting and aviation, and that common thread is people. Paul’s talent is to uncover your hidden talent – creating brilliance in people and organisations.


An accredited professional with a record of high-profile projects, Paul is passionate about driving diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives to support organisational growth.

Brief bio

Paul's 25-year career encompasses a variety of roles across several sectors. All these roles are characterised by a common thread – they're all people-oriented roles. Paul has majored on management positions with a leadership development and talent management focus, both internally and as an independent consultant working with individuals and blue-chip organisations.


From 2015 to 2018 Paul was leadership and talent manager with British Airways, part of the International Airlines Group, the UK's largest international airline and a world-leading premium carrier.


  • Co-created and managed the delivery of a senior leadership development programme for 60 leaders (board -1)

  • Defined and implemented the talent strategy

  • Implemented a bespoke senior leadership development service for the top 120 leaders

  • Refined coaching strategy for senior leaders

  • Simplified the performance management process for 4,500 colleagues resulting in a 39% increase in colleagues with objectives set in year 1


From 2012 to 2105 Paul was leadership development and employee engagement consultant with creative agency just add water, designing leadership development solutions for clients including Shell and Rezidor Hotel Group.


Since 1992 Paul has developed leaders and coached individuals across the telecoms, hospitality, professional services and luxury retail sectors.

  • Psychometric profiling and developmental coaching of the leadership team of an international luxury brand

  • Design and project management of a three-day senior leaders’ event for an international hospitality group
